Ms. Rivas holds a clinical license as a bicultural and dual-language social worker. She has more than 13 years' experience working with non-profit organizations. She has worked in variety of settings, including working with LGBTQ+ individuals, people with substance abuse problems, sexual assault survivors, and with partners who have been sexually assaulted. She has been working with Ms. Rivas serves Erie Patients from 2019. She is currently offering telehealth Behavioral Health services. Ms. Rivas is part of the Behavioral Health Perinatal Team which focuses on post- and prenatal women. She is a specialist in trauma-informed treatment and an EMDR treatment for adults. She provides Group and Individual Therapy, Medication-Assisted Treatment Recommendation to Specialty Care and Women's Support group. Amanda is a volunteer for Best Friends Animal Society to aid homeless animals to find a home. Best Friends' motto, "Save Them All", is something she believes passionately in. Amanda wants Los Angeles to become a non-killing city. Amanda constantly strives to become the best she can and is determined to succeed at what she does.
